Common billing questions
One license, multiple servers?
Each license is bound to a single server's machine fingerprint. If you run 5 panels, you'll need 5 Pro licenses. We're considering team plans — let us know if that's important to you.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
Your panel stays running. After your current billing period ends it falls back to Community tier — Pro features (WAF, S3 backups, mail, etc.) become read-only or disabled, but your sites and data remain untouched.
Refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked — and you do not need to ask us. Sign in to the customer portal and there is a Request refund button on the licence itself; the money goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. After 14 days, or if anything looks wrong, email support@novapanel.dev.
Card or PayPal?
Both work the same — pick whichever you prefer. Card checkout is hosted by Stripe and supports Apple Pay / Google Pay; PayPal is hosted by PayPal and lets you pay from a PayPal balance or linked bank. Either way, your license is provisioned the moment payment clears.
VAT and invoices?
The price you see is the price you pay — no VAT or sales tax is added at checkout. Stripe and PayPal each send a receipt for every payment; if you need a formal invoice for your accounts, email support@novapanel.dev and we'll send one.
